registered Client. While we try our best we cannot
guarantee we will have available Nannies for your

 Responsibilities of Parties:  NannyMall, LLC is a
referral service company. Client/Family is the
Employer.  Client agrees to keep all information
about Nanny/Employee confidential and to not
engage Nanny in employment without the
notification/consent of NannyMall, LLC. Client
further understands that the use of a NannyMall, llc
Nanny or the referral of a Nanny to a third party,
without contacting NannyMall,llc, is considered
“theft of childcare services” and will result in a
charge of $500 in liquidated damages.

 Client agrees to call or email NannyMall, llc each
and every time a Caretaker is needed.

 Fees: Upon execution of Agreement and
Application, Employer agrees to pay the chosen
Membership Fee of $30, $95 or $180 whichever is
applicable, through PayPal services. You will be
directed to our payment page with completion of
this application submission. You don't need a
PapPay account to use their services. Membership
Fee are non-refundable.

 Further Fees explained: Client agrees to pay Nanny
directly a minimum of $11 an hour. Client further
understands there is a 4 hour minimum on all jobs.
Should you need to cancel scheduled Nanny, there
is a *20$ Cancellation Fee per occurrence.  *This
will be in addition to Membership Fee and must be
paid before another Nanny is scheduled.

 Limitation of Liability:  Client/Employer hereby
agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless  
NannyMall, LLC, its employees, agents and officers
from all claims, cause of action, liabilities,
damages, accidents, costs and expenses,
including attorney fees and court costs, which may
hereafter arise from any relationship between
Client/Employer and Nanny, whether or not
intentional, reckless or negligent.
Furthermore NannyMall, llc is not responsible for
the performance or actions of Nannies referred.

 Nothing contained in this Contract shall be
construed to create a joint venture, partnership,
association, or other affiliation between NannyMall,
LLC and Client. Client understands that  Nannies
are not employees of Nannymall, llc. Client
understands that Client may be responsible for
withholding and filing employment taxes for each
calendar year in which the Nanny’s wages would
exceed $1,700. Social Security numbers must be
obtained directly from Nannies.

 Other Terms: The laws of the State of Missouri
shall apply to the Agreement.  The Agreement sets
forth the entire understanding between the parties
and may not be modified except by further writing
signed by both parties.  Employer represents that
Employer has read and fully understands the
Agreement and acknowledges receipt of copy
hereof. Client understands that all Nanny wages
will be paid directly to the Nanny at completion of
service.

 Transportation Waiver: Optional
I hereby give my consent for a temporary caregiver
referred by NannyMall, llc to transport my children in
his/her or my automobile.  I understand that
temporary caregivers with NannyMall, llc are not
employees of NannyMall, llc and that NannyMall, llc
makes no representation or warranties relative to
the temporary caregiver's suitability to transport my
children.
NannyMall, llc is in no way responsible for the
safety of my children while being transported in the
temporary caregiver’s or family's automobile. I
agree to indemnify, defend, release and hold
harmless NannyMall, llc, its officers, members,
employees and agents for any and all claims,
known or unknown including, with or without
limitations, injury or damage to my car or children
while being transported by a temporary caregiver
referred by NannyMall, llc.

On-Call Placement Guarantee: The caregiver has
successfully completed our thorough guidelines of
becoming a NannyMall Nanny which includes:
Application, Interview, references, background
check, MO Child Abuse & Neglect screening and
has successfully completed CPR training within the
past year.

 PLEASE NOTE: ON-CALL NANNY IS
THERE FOR CHILDCARE PURPOSES
ONLY. She is not there for laundry, ironing,
taking out the trash, cleaning the house, etc....if
you would like to hire a permanent Nanny,
please call the office or ck out our Services
page.
The use of an On-call Nanny is strictly for
On-call use.

On-call Nannies are experienced and/or
qualified nannies contracted to work for a temp.
period of time 1day-few weeks during holidays
or when your nanny is off/sick.

Other examples: Date night, overtime at work,
child is off school, shopping dates, meetings,
basically any time Family needs childcare for a
short period of time.

On-call is simply NOT permanent care. If you

       Family Membership Highlights       
-Family can choose a Membership for a set period of time
-Membership doesn't begin till 1st scheduled Nanny
-Family pays for Membership and Nanny *only  - no per
use agency fees! *Cancellation fee applies
-Family may schedule Nannies *UNLIMITED times per
Membership. Days/nights/weekends, anytime! (not to be
used for permanent positions.)*must still book Nanny
through agency
When your family has a need for a professional Temporary/On-call Nanny/babysitter, we
cheerfully provide! We help families with everything from lapses in your regular childcare,
parents' date night, company dinner or luncheon, hotel stays, or church events to short
vacations.  Need an over-night Nanny? We have Nannies for that too!

  • Screened, professional Nannies and babysitters are available anytime:
    days/evenings/weekends/overnights.
  • Our Nannies and sitters are some of the nicest childcare providers in the area!
  • Trustworthy, reliable, fun professionals available whenever you need them.

We appreciate when On-call requests are made at least 24 hours before function is to take place.
