From the first step of Registering with our Family Application to well after
your caregiver has been scheduled, you will find that our agency is
professional, thorough, and unconditionally committed to your family.

The Nannies who will be introduced in to your home have been extensively
screened. This gives us the capability to quickly and confidently meet your
family's needs by carefully matching a Nanny's suitability, qualifications, skill,
experience and personality to your specific criteria.

We offer a complete and professional service to both families and Nannies.
We aim to find a perfect match and to work with both the family and their
Nanny to help form a helpful, long lasting relationship that both parties may
be secure in for the duration of the placement.

After Registering with our Agency, we provide to you:

  •  Detailed Nanny Portfolios including references
  •  We strive to match 90-100% criteria of both the Family & Nanny.
  •  Support and Guidance – we will guide you through every aspect of the selection process
  •  After Placement Service – our coordinators are on hand to offer advice at any stage of the placement
  •  Vacation Coverage – we will arrange an On-call Nanny to cover while your nanny is on vacation

We truly understand the limited time our families may have available and we do not waste that time by putting
forward endless numbers of unsuitable, unqualified or inexperienced childcare givers, therefore we limit the
number of matched portfolios of up to 5. With our strict screening process of Nannies we interview only with
the best. 90% of our clients have chosen their nanny from the first 1-2 candidates we introduced to them,
now that's quality criteria matching!

After your FT Family Application and Registration Payment has been received we will call you to discuss your
position and go over any additional questions you may have.

For our new On-Call upon completed Registration we will immediately get working on your childcare request.
