OCCASIONALLY we place Full Time Permanent:
After your application is approved, you have met our requirements, your background check has been completed, and you have
signed/returned the Nanny-Agency Agreement, we will compile your information and send it to hiring families. Typical Nanny duties
include but are not limited to: Setting and maintaining a schedule for the child(ren), play time, education, potty training, food prep,
children's laundry, light vacuuming, kitchen clean up, play-room straightening, transportation, play dates, etc...
---We will not forward your portfolio to a family without first making sure you are comfortable with the location, number of children,
hours and pay.
Typical FT weekly pay is between $400 and $600 for 40 hrs, Gross. The Family is your Employer, not NannyMall, LLC.
You must be available for one year or more for Full Time Permanent placements. If you have anything that will interrupt a daily
schedule, you may not be eligible for a Full Time placement.
On-Call Placements: If you are looking to make some extra money and like inter-reacting with children but can't make the full
year commitment, then this is for you! Like the Full Time Nannies, after your application is approved, your background check has
been completed, and you have signed/returned the Nanny-Agency Agreement, we will compile your information and then ask you
for your availability. Once we have your availability we will call or email as the jobs come in. Keep in mind we may have more
Nannies than jobs so please be patient. All On-call assignments are a minimum of 4 hours. A Family may need you for only 3
hours but they have to pay you for 4hrs. Current rate is $11.00. The Families have been told they may tip you for a job well done.
Please understand we typically don't place emergency placements.

NEW!! Support Group for Nannies:
St. Louis didn't have a Nanny support group until now. Headed up by our agency and filled with every type of Nanny you could
imagine...from Nannies in the industry for 25 years to others just beginning. Every few months we meet to share ideas and stories
and sometimes we even have guest speakers.
Our next meeting will be in July, 2011. May's meeting was awesome!
